“A Must-Read for Business”
I found this book very enlightening. I really did not understand the scope of using social media in starting a business, and Veronica Goldspiel explained it very thoroughly. This book is perfect for advertising for a small business because she explains the ways to advertise on a tight budget. I highly recommend this book.

“Hands Down the Best Book for Finding Where Your Brand Needs to Be!”
It’s one of the most common questions I hear from my clients, and one I often ask myself: ‘Which social media platform will get me in front of my ideal clients?’ If you’re asking yourself that too, look no further. The answer is here! Veronica Goldspiel did the research so you don’t have to. Not only does she provide stats and demographics of the major social media platforms so you know where your ideal clients are, she sums up the data in easy-to-understand language that anyone can quickly grasp. but this book is not just about WHERE your brand needs to be…even this 20-year veteran business coach appreciates her process of finding clarity on your WHO so you know how to speak about your products and offers. Stop wasting time and money trying to figure out social media on your own. From Likes to Profits shows you exactly where you need your brand to be, and the WHY behind it.

“Informative and Practical Information”
This is a well written, plain language guide to promoting yourself or business via social media platforms. I admit, personally, I am old school. I don’t know the first thing about how to use anything other than FB for personal contacts or even Instagram to post pictures (I think I’ve used it maybe 3 times). I knowhow to use computers as in web searches, Word, Excel, Access, etc. But, I have a handful of hobbies that people often tell me that I should sell online rather than the occasional craft or local day-fair. While I am relatively successful at those and I enjoy the hobbies, I certainly cannot make money that way. After reading this guide, I feel more confident about self-promotion via the internet and could now have an organized plan. Whether or not I actually adopt it, is another thing entirely. I’m notoriously lazy in that way. I may actually try to contact the author and see how much it may take to pay her to do it though.

“An Excellent, Up-to-Date Social Media Guide”
I was looking for an up-to-date guide on all of the social media platforms out there. I found it in this book! Many other books have become outdated, but this one is super relevant. I really enjoyed the focus early in the book on identifying your target customer, and being really clear on who that is and where they go online. I also enjoyed the chapter on LinkedIn, which is a platform I had been struggling to figure out how to successfully leverage. Solid book, highly recommend.

“Perfect for Business Owners”
This book is fantastic for business owners who aren’t really sure where to start with social media. It shows you how to find the best platform for your business and guides you through analyzing different social media platforms.
As a social media manager myself, I think this is fantastic, especially for people who see social media as ‘just post whatever whenever just to have a presence’. It is so much more in depth than that and many people don’t even realize it. I’d say anyone running a business should check this out to see how you can really grow your business and your profits by utilizing a targeted social media strategy.
